Vintage Fashion Fair - October 11th 2009

Hello again, ladies one and all.

This is a bit late but I did promise Joanna and Danielle that I would do it, so here's my report of our meet-up in London at the Vintage Fashion Fair last Octobed 11th.................

Urged on by Danielle and Joanna on Sunday (11th October), I have tried to cease being a virgin blogger (and succeeded at last!) and as such, have been charged with writing up our fab time in the city this weekend. It was wonderful to be together again and our meeting renewed the 'voices in my head' that have been with me since France. And such lovely, wonderful vintage things to see, touch and buy (fabulous fabrics, trims, haberdashery, furs and furbelows, handbags, jewellery, dressmaking and knitting patterns, shoes {oh, the shoes - to die for!}, dresses, coats, collars and shawls; simply divine) at the Fair; well worth the £5 entrance and had we not wanted to catch up on the news and chat we could have spent the whole day there. Now the only problem is to remember how to download the pix from the Fair and our 'show and tell' afterwards at the V & A Museum (Victoria & Albert Museum for non-natives) from my camera and then upload them onto our blog from my PC, but watch this space.................

Here's a great artist to check out; reminds me of our own dear JA a bit:
